摘要：
构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党在新世纪、新阶段提出的具有特定内容的社会目标,反映了现代政治文明的走向和需要。通过发展社会主义先进文化,不断为建设社会主义和谐社会提供强大的精神支撑,是实现政治文明的一个重要组成部分。
Abstract：Constructing socialist concordant society is the particular social aim proposed by our Communist Party in the new developmental stage in the new century,which reflects the trend and demand of modern political civilization.It is an important factor in realizing political civilization that we provide moral support to construct socialist concordant society by developing socialist advanced culture.
